Requirements
- Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, family, and group therapy.
- Oversees the completion of treatment for students under their care.
- Conducts clinical assessments.
- Develops service plans.
- Provides counseling.
- Performs case management.
- Maintains record keeping.
- Coordinates services with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting treatment plan objectives and goals.
- Provides crisis intervention, as necessary.
- Completes monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within their care.
