Requirements

  • Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
  • Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
  • Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with group facilitation preferred
  • Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
  • Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches
  • Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
  • Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
  • Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
