Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience with group facilitation preferred
- Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
- Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
- Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
