About The Position

Kindbridge Behavioral Health is seeking part-time Therapists licensed to practice in Oklahoma. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized clinical skills in treating behavioral addictions such as gambling and gaming disorders. The organization is Joint Commission-accredited and provides flexible, remote work options. Therapists will receive clinical training, mentorship for the International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I) credential, and support with administrative tasks like credentialing, billing, and insurance claims. The position allows for building a flexible remote practice with a caseload that aligns with professional goals. Kindbridge is committed to advancing care for individuals and families facing compulsive or overuse behaviors and emotional dysregulation through evidence-based treatment.

Requirements

Active clinical licensure in the state of Oklahoma: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license.
Interest in gambling disorder, gaming disorder, and other behavioral challenges.
Desire to pursue ICGC-I certification with company support.
Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
Interest in collaborating with a team that’s driving innovation in teletherapy.

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is a plus.
