About The Position

Join Daybreak Health's mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible. We partner with over 60 school districts and dozens of health plans, reaching over one million young people. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11-60 throughout California. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to help clients thrive. This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials)
  • Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Experience working with youth and adults ages 11-60 in clinical or school settings
  • Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong, supportive relationships with our clients to create a safe therapeutic environment
  • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11–60 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
