About The Position
Plains Area Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Carroll, Iowa. Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current Iowa licensure as an LMHC, LISW, or LMFT.
- Valid Iowa driver's license.

- Bilingual skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health evaluations and assessments.
- Provide individual counseling and therapeutic services.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with clients, families, providers, and other members of the care team.
- Participate in clinical consultation and team-based treatment planning.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises and changing client needs.
- Participate in paid on-call responsibilities as required.
- Provide clinical support and mentorship to temporary licensed clinicians when appropriate.
