About The Position
RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our growing team serving the Bowling Green, Ohio area. This full-time position provides behavioral health services to children and families through our school-based and community-based programs. At RFS, we believe every child deserves access to quality mental health care. Our therapists work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and community partners to help children overcome emotional, behavioral, and social challenges so they can thrive in school, at home, and in life.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license eligible
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation

- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations
