About The Position

A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced therapist who enjoys the excitment and challenges of a start-up to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Curriculum development and implementation
Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)
Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
Treatment, discharge and safety planning
Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration
Thorough and timely clinical documentation
Other duties as assigned
