We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. The role involves facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based), providing individual and family therapy as clinically indicated, and completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. The therapist will also conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, adjust treatment interventions, and collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care. Participation in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews is expected, along with ensuring compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards. Support for crisis intervention and risk assessment is also a key part of the role.
