We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist will facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions, provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated, and complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. This role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with internal team members and external referral sources. The therapist will also participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards, and supporting crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.
