About The Position

Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]) with experience and interest in providing virtual mental health care to children and adolescents. This opportunity is designed for clinicians comfortable supporting younger clients with behavioral, emotional, developmental, family, school, and life challenges while collaborating with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate. This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability. Applicants may reside outside California, but active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. Associate-level applicants are not currently accepted for this role. Open Mind Health specializes in serving diverse and underserved populations through culturally affirming, evidence-guided virtual care. Our approach recognizes that one size does not fit all. Providers work with clients to develop individualized treatment approaches that consider their experiences, cultural identity, history, and overall well-being. Our providers have the opportunity to work across 21 customized Wellness Tracks designed around a wide range of clinical needs, life experiences, and diverse populations. Areas include ADHD, addiction, trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety, relationships and family therapy, LGBTQIA+ care, culturally focused care, and specialized support across different life stages and populations. We embrace traditional evidence-based therapies alongside innovative and holistic approaches, including integrative medicine and expressive and experiential therapies where appropriate.
