About The Position

Daybreak Health is seeking fully licensed California clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to provide high-quality teletherapy. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of teens and adults through partnerships with school districts and Kaiser Permanente. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and the ability to build a practice that fits your life. Clinicians will receive a steady stream of referrals, with an average caseload fill rate of 96%.

Requirements

• Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California.
• A genuine passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice.
• Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.
• Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships across age groups.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs.
• Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients.
