About The Position

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapeutic Manager at South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida. The academy comprises co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth ages 14 to 18 who need behavioral and mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. Programs use evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Students receive individual, family, and group psychotherapeutic services. The Licensed Therapeutic Manager develops, implements, and oversees case plans and treatment programs tailored to each student's needs and the placing agency's requirements. The role provides individual, group, family, and case management services and supports achievement of therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the manager supervises group living staff and ensures appropriate support for students. The role also maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to ongoing program development. The advertised pay is $72,000 annually. The schedule is five days per week, with two days off.

Requirements

Master's degree (MA, MS, or MSW).
Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Prior case management experience.
Three years of experience working with juveniles.

Nice To Haves

CAC II or CAC III credential preferred.
Prior substance abuse education, intervention, and treatment services provided to juveniles.

Responsibilities
