About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role helps residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives through personalized, evidence-based care and meaningful relationships. The position combines speech therapy with care coordination and wellness support. It involves collaborating with a team, communicating with caregivers, supporting telehealth, and contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities
