This position is for Licensed Specialist School Psychologist Interns (LSSP Interns) for the 2026-2027 school year. Interns will utilize a variety of assessment instruments and data sources to assist in disability determination, score and interpret evaluation results, and complete Full and Individual Evaluations within mandated timelines. They will attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to present findings, assist with eligibility determination, and recommend interventions and placements for Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Responsibilities also include participating in case management, Manifestation Determination (MD) ARD meetings, and providing counseling services. Interns will work closely with a clinical supervising psychologist, engage in professional development and supervision, and maintain accurate records in accordance with university program guidelines. They are expected to stay current with trends in evaluation, instructional strategies, ethics, and special education laws, and exhibit professional behaviors.
