Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) - Kansas license required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through a Kansas-based partner. This role involves conducting initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing individual and family therapy. The position is 100% remote and requires availability during Central Standard Time (CST) hours, including some evenings. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and have administrative time allocated. Iris Telehealth focuses on expanding access to high-quality mental health care and supports its clinicians with resources, community, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
- Active Kansas LSCSW license required.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
