About The Position

We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Indiana-based partners. As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity. Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient FQHC located in Indiana Schedule: flexible schedule Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk, must be able to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday Appointments: 45 minutes for initial evaluations, 45 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative time: 60 minutes per day At Iris Telehealth, you’ll have the chance to deliver impactful care to underserved communities and work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to high-quality behavioral health care. Requirements
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active Indiana LCSW license required
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
