About The Position

We are hiring an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health services in a structured full-time role. This position involves working directly with clients to assess concerns, provide therapy, guide treatment, and maintain detailed records. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Nevada
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy through video-based sessions
• Assess mental health needs and establish clinical recommendations
• Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
• Complete progress notes and required clinical records on time
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and support goal tracking
• Recognize urgent clinical concerns and respond appropriately
