Backpack Healthcare is expanding its services in Michigan and is seeking licensed mental health therapists for part-time, remote positions. Requirements

An active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT).
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population.
The ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
