About The Position
Parker Health Group is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for in-home geriatric counseling services within Senior Care Options by Parker. This part-time role involves managing a caseload of at least 8 clients, with free clinical supervision provided for those meeting the minimum caseload. The service area includes locations such as South Bound Brook, Franklin Township, Bridgewater, and Bound Brook. Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- Valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
- NJ driver's license in good standing required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
- EHR knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
