About The Position

The Center for Well-Being aims to lead a systemic change to foster a culture that supports team and individual flourishing, both personally and professionally. The vision is to care for our people like we care for our patients- to make better health easier. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Center of Well-Being promotes and enhances the holistic wellbeing of employees through assessment, education, program delivery, and consultation. Oversees programs and processes that support the social and emotional needs of our employee population. This role will specifically focus on relationships with employees of the health system, including but not limited to providers, nurses, and support staff. This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday through Friday. Most shifts will be 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. but some shifts will vary between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. based on business need. Applicants MUST be a Clinical Licensed Social Worker and hold a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW).

Responsibilities

  • Consults with employees that may be experiencing emotional exhaustion, trauma, burnout, grief, loss, or other personal challenges, and navigates them to the appropriate resource.
  • Creates a safe space for employees to share emotional challenges and partners to create strategies for wellbeing improvement.
  • Acts as the clinical subject matter expert for several programs within the Center for Life and Work Wellbeing.
  • Delivers presentations and educational content about wellbeing topics to a variety of audiences across the enterprise.
  • Assists in response to employee critical incidents, including but not limited to leading group debriefings, individual consultations, and coordination of efforts with other key teams.
  • Seeks clarification of information as needed and follows up on outstanding information that impacts final plans and referrals needed.
  • Works collaboratively with employee and other enterprise stakeholder teams to ensure all appropriate resource referrals are made and followed up on.
  • Ideal candidate is experienced in building programs that create community support for groups or individuals that are struggling.
  • Knowledge of care for the caregiver programs or other peer supported intervention
  • Role could be based in any region; travel across the system footprint is expected.
