Requirements

Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is driven to be amongst the top of the sales agent group; must be motivated, driven to sell & possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach.
Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales.
Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required; prior call center experience preferred.
Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

Connect with Toyota customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs
Review, customize, and present quotes across products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat
Clearly articulate coverage options and highlight the value of our insurance solutions
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best protection strategies
Build trust through expert guidance and position yourself as a go-to advisor
Consistently meet or exceed sales and close-rate performance goals.
