Requirements
- Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is driven to be amongst the top of the sales agent group; must be motivated, driven to sell & possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have great active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales.
- Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required; prior call center experience preferred.
- Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities
- Connect with Toyota customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs
- Review, customize, and present quotes across products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat
- Clearly articulate coverage options and highlight the value of our insurance solutions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best protection strategies
- Build trust through expert guidance and position yourself as a go-to advisor
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and close-rate performance goals.
