About The Position
Michael and Son Services, Inc., founded in 1976 and based in Alexandria, VA, provides top-quality electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and restoration services across Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas. We're known for our focus on customer service, integrity, and professionalism. We're looking for Licensed Residential Service Electricians to join our team and help homeowners solve electrical problems safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Electrical License (or ability to obtain one through reciprocity)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
