Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Gas fitting experience
• Water treatment or water filtration experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and plumbing equipment
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
• Prepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan
• Complete detailed job documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Follow all Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety standards
• Participate in the on-call rotation
