Requirements

Valid real estate license in accordance with local licensing requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within a real estate environment
Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to successful deal closures
Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate listings and brand promotion
Strong organizational skills complemented by administrative experience in real estate or related fields
Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management best practices is essential for compliance and ethical practice

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local market trends to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking client interactions, and organizing property documents with precision
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication skills, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
