About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Licensed Realtor to join our team as a Real Estate Specialist. This hybrid role provides a consistent income through administrative and lead management responsibilities while allowing you the flexibility to pursue independent sales on your own time.

Requirements

An active real estate license in the state of Ohio is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related administrative field preferred.
Google Workspace, and real estate platforms such as Appfolio and DocuSign.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation and customer service.
Superior time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and Ohio rules on advertising.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect and follow up with incoming leads to identify opportunities for the team.
Prepare and review purchase agreements, listing contracts, and addendums with meticulous attention to detail.
Handle essential office tasks, including maintaining organized filing systems for legal documents and updating property/tenant data management software.
Track case progress, deadlines, and required signatures to ensure smooth closings.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional representation of the company at all times.
Keep up with continuing education, and ensure all advertising and social media communications strictly follow state licensure laws and brokerage guidelines.
Utilize your license to sell houses independently during your non-office hours.
