About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional to join their team at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. This role provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time. NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k is also available at designated locations.
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
- Active mental health professional license in Missouri: P-LPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT required.
- Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
