The Licensed Psychologist will provide direct services as a member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to assessment, consultation, and treatment planning. This role includes conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations, interpreting assessment findings, providing diagnostic clarification, and collaborating with treatment teams to support positive outcomes for children, adolescents, and families. Northwest Passage has intentionally built a collaborative assessment program that supports psychologists in practicing at the top of their license. Our assessment team includes psychometricians, psychology trainees, and administrative support staff who assist with test administration, scoring, scheduling, coordination, and other assessment-related functions. This team-based assessment model allows psychologists to focus on interpretation, consultation, and clinical expertise while leveraging psychometricians and administrative support for testing and operational functions. The Licensed Psychologist will collaborate with agency leadership and treatment teams to ensure high-quality clinical services across programs, with opportunities to contribute in both outpatient and residential settings. Additional opportunities may include supervision, training, program development, and consultation based on experience and interest.
