About The Position

The person filling this position will oversee all operations of a large 950+ HOA to include property maintenance, ARC Committee, Compliance Committee, and monitor Landscape and irrigation. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.

Requirements

  • Must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
  • Live within 45 minutes of the Wellington area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the community, including but not limited to:
  • Ensure vendor compliance with Landscape contract
  • Oversee Compliance
  • Oversee ARC
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from the board, residents and others.
  • Oversee property maintenance
  • Oversee ARC Committee
  • Oversee Compliance Committee
  • Monitor Landscape and irrigation
