Jefferson Center's Youth Residential Recovery (YRR) program provides intensive substance use disorder treatment in a residential setting for Colorado youth ages 13 to 18.5. The Youth Residential Recovery Program Coordinator will collaborate with the Manager of Substance Use Services to oversee and coordinate the YRR program. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, and providing clinical and administrative supervision to YRR staff. The coordinator will also oversee programming, documentation, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care throughout the treatment continuum, from referral and admission to discharge and aftercare planning. This includes reviewing referrals, admissions, treatment planning, service delivery, interdisciplinary coordination, documentation, utilization management, and clinical supervision.
