About The Position

If you are an LPC who wants a remote therapy position with structure, stability, and a clear focus on client care, this role may be a great match. You will provide virtual counseling services to clients across Connecticut, helping them address mental health concerns, build healthier coping tools, and move through difficult seasons with professional support. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients online, completing clinical notes, reviewing treatment goals, and helping clients stay engaged in their care. This is a client-facing telehealth role designed for a counselor who can work independently while staying organized and responsive.

Requirements

Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Connecticut
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Experience providing therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health services
Comfortable working with clients through video-based therapy
Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges
Gather clinical history and complete new client evaluations
Develop treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and progress
Update records, notes, and treatment plans within required timelines
Maintain a professional and confidential online therapy environment
Use clinical judgment when assessing safety, risk, or need for additional support
