Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire a talented Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) in our Kingwood office, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We are the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country. We offer 100% Outpatient Care in a Group Practice Setting with a generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Our compensation model is based on productivity, with a range of $75,000-$100,000+, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash bonus incentive plan. Licensed Counselors are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LPCs that are fully licensed as an LPC in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time. Experience in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations is required. This is a hybrid role.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LPC in Texas.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
