About The Position
Seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to support an onsite clinic at a large-scale construction project in Northern Texas. This role blends traditional counseling with real-world impact, working directly with employees in a unique, hands-on environment. The position involves providing 1:1 counseling, supporting individuals facing various challenges, leading mental health initiatives, and engaging directly with employees in a non-traditional, field-based setting. Accurate clinical documentation using TherapyNotes is required. The services are fully covered for employees, and the role offers an opportunity to build trust and encourage participation in a unique, high-impact care model.
Requirements
- Active LPC or LCSW license (Texas required)
- Comfortable speaking to groups and leading educational sessions
- Open to working in a non-traditional, active environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse populations
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 counseling (approx. 16+ patients/week)
- Support individuals facing stress, substance use, family challenges, and mental health concerns
- Lead mental health awareness initiatives and educational sessions on-site
- Engage directly with employees in a non-traditional, field-based setting
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using TherapyNotes
- Build trust and encourage participation
