About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients through remote therapy sessions. This role gives you the opportunity to provide consistent mental health care without evening or weekend hours. You will help clients identify challenges, build coping tools, and work toward realistic treatment goals in a professional telehealth setting.

Requirements

• Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling services to clients in Missouri
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
• Use appropriate therapeutic techniques during sessions
• Document sessions, progress, and care updates accurately
