About The Position
This position is for an LPC who wants to provide mental health support in a focused telehealth setting. You will work with clients who need help managing emotional concerns, life transitions, stress, and behavioral health challenges. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to build trust through virtual care.
Requirements
- Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual counseling sessions through telehealth
- Review client history, symptoms, and current concerns
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Help clients strengthen coping skills and work toward measurable goals
- Complete clinical documentation within required timelines
- Follow Missouri licensing standards and professional ethics
