About The Position
We are seeking a Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time telehealth position. This role involves meeting with clients, understanding their concerns, guiding treatment, and helping them take steady steps toward better emotional and behavioral health. You will have a structured weekday schedule and the ability to provide care remotely while staying connected to clients’ needs.
Requirements
- Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling sessions for clients in Missouri
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Support clients with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges
- Use appropriate counseling approaches based on client needs
- Track progress and update treatment goals when needed
- Maintain privacy, professionalism, and clinical compliance in all services
