Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related mental health field
Current and active Ohio LPC, LPCC, or equivalent clinical license in good standing
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience providing direct mental health therapy services
Proficiency with multiple therapeutic modalities and treatment planning
Strong interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic health records

Training in trauma-informed care, evidence-based approaches, or specialized therapies
Commitment to professional growth, supervision, and leadership within clinical settings

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Monitor and document client progress with attention to clinical outcomes
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all documentation
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
Participate actively in supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education
