About The Position

Northland Health Centers is seeking to hire a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with interest and training in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. This role is part of the primary care team and operates under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director. The LPCC will provide standardized counseling/talk therapy for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions referred by NHC's physicians and mid-level providers. The position also involves addressing other social needs of patients and utilizing area referral sources for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments and treatments.
