The LPCC will provide standardized counseling/talk therapy for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions referred by NHC's physicians and mid-level providers. The position also involves addressing other social needs of patients and utilizing area referral sources for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments and treatments.
