Requirements

Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas
Minimum 2 years' experience
Two or more years of Telehealth experience
Two or more years of Outpatient experience
Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams)
EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems

Nice To Haves

Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Responsibilities

Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings
