Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
  • Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
  • Active LPC or LCSW License in Alaska.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
  • Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
  • Responsive, strong communication both written and verbally.
  • A culturally aware and inclusive mindset in every interaction.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Effective time management and organization in a virtual environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems.
  • Resourcefulness and independent, on the spot problem-solving capabilities.
  • A passion for learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline.
  • Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals.
  • Assist with developing the behavioral health practice, including protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients when not treating patients.
  • Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows.
  • Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter.
  • Review and interpret any patient assessments used in the practice.
  • Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings.
