About The Position

Northland Health Centers is seeking to hire a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with interest and training in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. This role is under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director and functions as part of the primary care team. The LPCC will provide standardized counseling/talk therapy for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions referred by NHC's physicians and mid-level providers. The position also involves addressing patients' social needs and utilizing area referral sources for specialized care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments and treatments. Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Interest and training in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
  • Ability to provide standardized counseling/talk therapy.
  • Ability to address social needs of patients.
  • Ability to utilize area referral sources.
  • Must pass a drug screen.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
