About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients across Kentucky. The LPCC conducts telehealth sessions, completes assessments, creates treatment plans, and supports clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. The role is suited to a counselor who values consistent client care, clear documentation, and a structured remote work setting.

This is a full-time remote position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The listed salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Kentucky.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or groups.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history.
• Develop and update client treatment plans based on goals and progress.
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Identify safety concerns and follow required risk assessment procedures.
• Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate.
• Follow ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards for telehealth counseling.
