About The Position

Aveanna is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide compassionate homecare and support clinical outcomes for a young adult patient with low acuity and a feeding tube in Macon, Georgia. The schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Nurses work together to deliver homecare with compassion and empathy. The patient’s home has an Aveanna tablet for electronic documentation.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Have current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist with obtaining it after hire if necessary.
• Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required; one year is required in Georgia.
