About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team and provide care for students in Gwinnett County Schools. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• One year of prior hands-on nursing experience required in GA.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (if not in GA).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students in Gwinnett County Schools.
• Work with varying age ranges and acuities.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
