About The Position

We are seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare to children and adults, working towards outstanding clinical outcomes. We have patients and openings in various locations including Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orange Park, San Marco, Southside, Northside, Westside, Bryceville, Arlington, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults.
- Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Work together with the team to ensure patient needs are met.
