Memory Care LPN 12/HR Day Shift
About The Position
Parc Provence is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in its memory care community in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The role offers 12-hour day shifts and involves providing nursing care and medication administration, supporting care staff, and helping ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being. The nurse communicates with residents, families, and team members and maintains accurate documentation while following care plans. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend required. The posting describes both full-time and part-time options.
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and administer medication.
- Supervise and support CNAs and CMTs.
- Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being.
