Requirements
- Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practice Nurse in Pennsylvania
- If possessing an active temporary practice permit, must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
- Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing support including vital signs, medication administration, treatments, and daily living assistance
- Identify patient needs through observation and report changes in physical or emotional status
- Respond to urgent medical situations and deliver first aid, CPR, or AED as appropriate
- Maintain accurate electronic health records, prepare reports, and ensure proper documentation for transfers and releases
- Sterilize instruments, manage inventories, and maintain adequate medical stock levels
