We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team and make a tangible difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt. NEW NURSES WELCOME!
A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
Comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.
