Licensed Practical Nurse- Acute Rehab
About The Position
The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting. The role is in the Acute Rehab Department at Olympia Fields Hospital, with a full-time day shift schedule and 0.9 FTE. Compensation is estimated at $31.00 to $40.00 per hour. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
