Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Inpatient Acute Rehab
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the inpatient acute rehabilitation setting at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time day position, scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available for qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply and are discussed during the interview process. The role offers a stated compensation estimate of $31.00 to $40.00, with the starting compensation determined based on factors including skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure.
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
